Alaska’s 4th Barkday

Two weeks ago, on March 8th, we celebrated Alaska’s 4th barkday in dog years. Time has surely flown by since we’ve had her in our lives; I can still vividly remember the very first day I laid eyes on her as a three week old puppy. No matter what, she will always be my baby in my eyes because our bond is timeless. Nothing compares to the love of a dog, and it is the greatest love I have ever known. I am blessed..

Emotions aside, Alaska’s barkday celebration included a homemade cake, gifts of food and treats (her favorite), and a weekend of outdoor adventures. Although the weather in NY is still chilly with lots of snow, Alaska got to enjoy the outdoors.
